Each order contains a personalised box with 30 individually packed daily sachets. Every sachet contains your selected combination of supplements, providing a complete 30-day supply.

Both options include 3 supplements of your choice in every daily sachet. You can add additional supplements for £3 each per 30-day supply, up to a maximum of 12 supplements.
